Do you ship internationally? 

No, unfortunately I do not currently offer worldwide shipping on this website. However, my Etsy shop does offer worldwide shipping. Please see the link below:

How long will my order take to arrive? 

It depends on what type of shipping/delivery you have chosen. Please check the shipping and delivery page for more specific information.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been dispatched, then I cannot cancel it.

  

What do I do if my order is damaged?

All my orders are sent in a hard-backed envelope for protection. There may be slight damage to the outer packaging due to the shipping and handling process, which is entirely out of my control.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, it is out of my control.

Unless you have purchased tracked shipping, I will not be able locate or track your order.
