Refund policy
REFUNDS:
- Refunds will only be accepted on orders where a mistake has been made and wrong products have been received.
- In the unlikely event of damaged goods, refunds will be handled on an individual basis. Please get in touch via email at inkflowerr@gmail.com for assistance.
- If a refund is applicable then it will be processed within 3-5 working days of a valid cancellation and you will be refunded on your original payment method.
EXCHANGES:
- If an exchange is required, the buyer (you) will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item(s) and the shipping costs for the new item(s). You may send the item back using any postal carrier but it is recommended that use a tracked service. on receipt of the returned item, the new order will be processed.
